REGISTRATION FOR REQUIRED FIELD TRIP: Scouts may now register for the field trip required by BSA for the bird studies merit badge.  Register by email request mailto:Naturelover@ShenandoahNaturalists.org the same way that you registered for the birding workshop.  Each field trip date is limited to six scouts at Green Circle with Jim Smith; eight scouts at 3rd Winchester Battlefield with me (Charlie Hagan). Green Circle scouts meet at 8AM in front of the Children of America Child Care Center just north of W. Jubal Early & Harvest Drive and walk north to the White's Lake area of the Green Circle. 3rd Winchester scouts meet at 8AM at the North parking lot of the 3rd Winchester Battlefield (see our 'Where to Bird' page for details). 

Bring Your Field Guide, Binocs, Field notebook, and 'Blue Card'!
